Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired, particularly during my check-in process. The noise from the airport was somewhat distracting, but the convenience of the shuttle service was a definite plus. Overall, it’s decent for a budget stay, but improvements in service would make a big difference.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not only in poor condition but also had a musty smell that was hard to bear. The service we received from the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Location-wise, it wasn’t ideal either, and the breakfast offerings were far from appetizing. Overall, it felt more like a nightmare than a vacation stay.
I had a pretty rough experience at the Econolodge SeaTac. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes, which was tough for my asthma. The cleanliness was shocking, with unvacuumed floors and sanitary issues in the bathroom. The only good thing was that the sheets were clean. Definitely not the best choice, especially for the price we paid.
